Opener Path to America

Colombus discovered America by accident while trying to find a way to Asia which makes it an important person in history. Because of his success reached the American continent, he was the one who opened the doors of Europe to America.

           

          

Christopher Columbus was born in 1451 in Genoa, Italy from a father who named Domenico Colombo and his mother was Susanna Fontanarossa. Both parents work as a seller of yarn and wool clothing. Columbus was the eldest of five siblings.

            Columbus died in a Spanish city, Valladolid. He was accompanied by his two sons, Bartholomew and faithful friend, Diego Mendez at the time of his death. At first, his body was buried in Valladolid, but in the year 1509, by his son, Diego was moved to the monastery of Las Cuevas in the city of Seville, Spain.
